unison has taken on a new meaning
by which I mean sameness feels palpable and perhaps it’s replaced other tactile realities
can we unlearn fleshly languages?
will we sit on a horizon of something else?

of almost
can we ride on angles and points and orbits?

Morgan L. Green is a Black/Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape writer, dancer, and scholar from West
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His work is driven by questions of imagination, the body,
space/time, and failure. Currently he is completing his PhD in History at the University of
Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
